When purchasing several items shipping costs may be lower than quoted and will be calculated after submitting order. Final shipping costs will be confirmed by email.

In the event that we fail to describe accurately the item, the buyer has 3 days to notify us and may return it, in the same condition as received and we will refund the full purchase price,
excepting shipping costs.
Please remember that no handmade pot is absolutely perfect, which is contrary to machine made pottery. (The latter being absolutely inferior in every aspect).

We ship Worldwide through Fed Ex or USPS, and it will take approximately 4 days for you to receive your order. If shipped outside US & Canada, we will send you an estimate of shipping costs, after you submit your order. International Orders may require more time to arrive. All orders are insured . As soon as your item is shipped, we send you an email with a shipping number.
We professionally pack all our ceramic pieces.
First, each item is carefully "Bubble-Wrapped" and then it is individually packed in a rigid carton box. We further protect the ceramic with
cushioning material (Instapack©, paper, foam pads or "peanuts") inside the box on all sides of the item.
All packing materials are new and clean.
